1. Who we are
RZ Games is an independently operated website and software project run by an individual developer (referred to below as "we", "us" or "our"). We operate two things:
- the website at https://chinamaxxing.uk (the "Site"); and
- a private, personal-use advertising management and automation tool that connects to the Google Ads API (the "Tool").
The Tool is not a public or commercial product. It is used by the operator to manage Google Ads accounts that the operator personally owns or is directly authorised to administer.
Contact address for all privacy matters: contact@chinamaxxing.uk
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the Site and to the Tool. It does not apply to third-party websites, merchants or services that we link to, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us. When you contact us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
3.2 Information collected automatically. Our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare) records standard technical data when you visit the Site: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested URL and timestamp. This data is used for security, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic measurement.
3.3 Google Ads data accessed through the Google Ads API. When the operator authorises the Tool with a Google Account, the Tool can reach the Google Ads accounts that account has permission to manage. The data accessed is limited to:
- account, customer and campaign identifiers and settings;
- campaign budgets, bidding strategies and bid settings;
- ad group, keyword and ad structure, including responsive search ads built from templates supplied by the operator;
- performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and related reporting fields.
The Tool does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts or any other Google service. It requests only the Google Ads API scope.
4. How we use information
- to operate, secure and maintain the Site;
- to retrieve performance data from the authorised Google Ads accounts and produce reports for the operator;
- to apply rule-based budget and bid adjustments configured by the operator, within a hard daily budget cap;
- to create and update responsive search ads from templates supplied by the operator, subject to template validation checks;
- to diagnose errors, prevent runaway automation and protect against unauthorised access;
- to reply to enquiries.
We do not use Google Ads data for advertising, retargeting, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the functions listed above.
5. Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure
RZ Games’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular:
- Google Ads data is used only to provide the reporting and automation features described in Section 4.
- Google Ads data is not sold, rented, traded or transferred to third parties, advertising platforms or data brokers.
- Google Ads data is not used or transferred for serving advertisements, including personalised or interest-based advertising.
- Google Ads data is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
- Google Ads data is not used to develop, improve or train generalised or non-personalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- No human reads Google Ads data except where the operator has given explicit consent, where it is necessary for security or abuse investigation, or where required by applicable law.
6. Storage and security
- OAuth refresh tokens and Google Ads API credentials are stored in encrypted form in environment variables on a private server controlled by the operator.
- The Tool runs as a scheduled script. It accepts no inbound connections and exposes no administrative interface to the public internet.
- All communication with Google APIs takes place over HTTPS/TLS.
- Access to the server and to stored credentials is limited to the operator. Credentials are never shared, published or committed to public code repositories.
- The Tool enforces a hard daily budget cap and template validation checks, so that a logic error in the automation cannot result in unbounded advertising spend.
7. Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Information is shared only:
- with the infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the Site and the Tool — Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery, and Google for authentication and Google Ads API access — each acting under its own terms and privacy policy;
- where required by law, regulation or valid legal process;
- to protect the rights, safety or property of the operator, our users or the public.
No Google Ads data is shared with any third party for any commercial purpose.
8. Retention
- Google Ads data retrieved for reporting is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted.
- Server and security logs are retained for up to 90 days.
- Contact correspondence is retained for up to 24 months.
You may request earlier deletion at any time using the contact address in Section 1.
9. Your rights and choices
Revoke access. You can revoke the Tool’s access to a Google Account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation stops all further API access immediately, and previously retrieved data is deleted on request.
Access, correction, export and deletion. Email us to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, exported or deleted.
EEA and UK residents. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California residents. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You may exercise your rights by contacting us.
10. Cookies and tracking
- The Site is a static website. It sets no advertising cookies and uses no cross-site tracking, fingerprinting or third-party analytics scripts.
- Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies.
- Outbound links to merchants are affiliate links. If you click one, the merchant or its affiliate network may set its own cookies under its own policy. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
- We do not use Google Analytics or any comparable tracking service.
11. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. International transfers
The Site and the Tool rely on infrastructure located in several countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version is posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes affecting how Google user data is handled are reflected here before they take effect.
